Senior Sales Executive - Bank (0-1 yrs)
Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive (Health Sales Vertical)
Reporting Relationship: Team Leader
Qualification : Graduation.
Experience: Fresh/1 year. (Experience in sales in the previous job is preferred)
Preferred Industry: Insurance/Mutual Fund,Banking.
Branch / Location: Kochi / Kottayam / Thrissur / Calicut / Bangalore / Chennai / Coimbatore
General Accountability: Generating business through agents and roadshows.
Nature & Scope of Position:
1. Managing existing and recruiting new agents.
2. Planning and devising local schemes and engagement programs for agents.
3. Ensuring agent productivity and activation.
4. Training and agent life cycle management.
5. Brand development through conducting roadshows.
6. Ensuring zero discrepancies and high customer service satisfaction.
7. Meeting monthly targets assigned to Sales Managers.

3. Comprehensive understanding of Insurance Products.
4. Client acquisition and retention skills.
