Senior Sales Executive - Agri (0-5 yrs)

Our client is looking for experienced and goal-driven Senior Sales Executive.

The Job :

You will be responsible for :

- Reporting of sales Final forecast figures to Management on a monthly basis

- Assuring payment deadlines from debtors are met on time.

- Final approval of sales plan prior to implementation. Recommendation through analysis of competitor activity, product offering, market requirements and performance of sales person.

- Manage regional team including Business Development, Customer relations, and payment retrieval.

- Setting sales targets by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies, along with keeping outstanding amounts in check.

- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

- Meeting sales goals, obtaining/managing payments from parties, sell to customer needs, market knowledge, and negotiation.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations, ideally within the Agribusiness industry.

- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are well versed in computer knowledge - Advance Excel, Excel, pivot tables, u/v lookup Advance.
