Responsibilities :
- Process customers orders through live chat or telephone calls and log data in order entry system.
- Recommend added merchandise to clients on every order call.
- Present clients with prime product information assuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure to share fashion trends and recommend the product for the season must-haves
- Identify and resolve every customer service inquiries or problem occurring from the catalog and the internet.
- Ensure to track client packages.
- Support customers for replacement orders and exchanges.
- Process client financial adjustments as necessary.
- Develop personalized shopping experience for all customers through providing individualized attention along with prevailing knowledge of products and trends.
- Prepare plus maximize client base through concentrating strategic selling techniques along with communicating proactively with customers.
- Help client correspondence and scheduling appointment.
- Ensure to follow through on client commitments on time.
- Develop and maintain professional relations with customers to assure repeat business.
- Stimulate feedback to improve further customized service.
- Maintain flexibility, tact, patience, honesty, effective communication skills and ability to develop relations and trust with all customers.
- Provide expert advice in trends, outfitting and product information related to company and customer fashion sense.
