Senior Sales Account Manager - IT (5-7 yrs)
Purpose and Summary:
- A Senior Sales Ac-count Manager over-sees sales activities and develops relationships with key ac-counts and any ac-count assigned by Sales Manager. Senior Sales account managers are re-sponsible for managing accounts,
- Ensuring clients are satisfied and generating new sales opportunities
Key responsibility duties:
- Source new sales opportunities through daily inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Develop and maintain healthy sales pipeline to achieve yearly target
- Create sales quotation and proposals
- Route qualified opportunities to the ap-propriate presales for further development and closure
- Making calls and following up with clients for to meet their need
- Working with channel vendors and partners to increase involvement
- Team with channel partners to build pipe-line and close deals.
- Develop relation-ships with potential clients.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Qualified 2-3 new sales opportunities every week with forecast value between 10 to 50K
- Qualified 1 new sales opportunity every week with forecast value between 100 to 150K
- Qualified 1 new sales opportunity every month with forecast value between 300 to 500K
- Close 100% of yearly target
- Achieve 70%-80% of sales collection yearly
- Achieve 2-3 sales certification yearly
- Yearly target = 1.3 to 1.5 million OMR
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
Qualification: Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or Diploma
- 5 to 7 years experience with IT system integrator
Key Competencies:
- Good in MS office tool such as word and excel
