Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facebook Media Buyer with a proven track record in the E-commerce/DTC industry. As our Senior Facebook ads Expert , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic Facebook ad campaigns across our brands, optimizing performance, and driving profitable customer acquisition. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, targeting, and optimization to achieve our aggressive growth targets. Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook ad strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for our brands.

- Plan, create, and manage all aspects of Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative, ad copy, and landing page optimization.

- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

- Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to identify new targeting opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

- Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

- Proactively identify opportunities to scale and expand Facebook ad campaigns, exploring new targeting options and ad formats.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns within the E-commerce/DTC industry.

- Proven track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through Facebook advertising, with a focus on ROI.

- Strong understanding of Facebook ads platform, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.

- Proficient in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and relevant analytics tools.

- Solid knowledge of data analysis and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and staying ahead of industry trends.
