The Job :

- Our client's dream team is looking to employ a dedicated and customer-oriented 'Senior Sales Representative' to drive sales and guide the sales team.


- The dynamic go-getter would be responsible to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.


- Ultimately, the opportunist would contribute to meeting and surpassing business expectations efficiently and accelerate the company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Initiating telephonic calls, in-person visits, and digital presentations to existing and prospective customers.

- Researching various sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.

- Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

- Developing clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers.

- Coordinating sales efforts with several departments to appreciate the value to the organization.

- Participates in trade shows and conventions.

- Generating business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

- Selling properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

- Strengthening relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit improvements.

- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 2 years of experience within a Sales (B2C), Real Estate Consulting, or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- You have experience in Residential Real Estate would be a strong advantage.

- You have experience covering Real Estate is a strong plus.

-You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Mumbai (Thane and South Mumbai).

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised, and are able to multi-task effectively.

- Prospecting and Negotiation skills

- You have exceptional Excellent Closing Skills

- You have hands-on experience with CRM software

- You are willing to undertake up to 70% of travel.
