Senior Role - Brand Management - Advertising Firm (3-5 yrs)

Delhi/Gurgaon/Gurugram/Mumbai Job Code: 111899

Role Accountabilities :

- Curate the brand values and set the product standards, mission and vision statements, goals and milestones.

- Communicate our brand character internally and align the company around foundational ideas and brand personality.

- Conduct consumer & market research to identify new opportunities, benchmark competition's communication & strategy.

- Supporting the marketing team with insights on competition methodology and appropriate positioning of the brand.

- Identify how the products for the brand can be positioned and what new markets can be tapped on with the products.

- Define a research-based brand strategy, to build a core base of brand advocates and loyalists over a period of time.

- Facilitate and execute the events, projects and campaigns to communicate the brand's message to its target audience.

- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings) to create an analytics action loop for the brand.

- Enforce and take audit of the brand's and product's identity, copyrights, trademarks, logos and other publications.

- Work with the marketing team to analyze current marketing strategies and develop new and improved marketing practices.

- Constantly evaluate competition brand & reposition our brand across collaterals for edge over and above the competition.

- Ideate, manage and audit the marketing, design and content creation teams within the set brand guidelines and standards.

- Outsource, collaborate and execute the content creation with external agencies to generate brand and product collaterals.

- Oversee design, communication and packaging across the channels of communication for each product.

- Present with intelligent market research and trend analysis report like market sizing and universe from time to time.

Minimum Experience :

- 2-5 years experience in branding companies or products for the

- Tech industry or related industry.

- Should have facilitated creating the brand manual / product style guides and enforced it in activation of campaigns.
