Job Description :
- Are you ready to join our team as a Senior/Associate Customer Support Representative for Internet Services at Sutherland Global Services in Airoli, Navi Mumbai? This full-time position requires you to work during the night shift from our office. We offer competitive compensation and incentives to talented individuals with 0-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answering customer support calls and addressing general queries related to our products and services.
- Providing high-quality customer service and support via telephone to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Delivering top-notch service to all clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offering expert assistance to customers via telephone to resolve escalated product and service issues.
- Staying up-to-date with industry-specific technology and client-specific processes, applications, utilities, and products.
- Maintaining a high level of expertise, soft skills, and telephone etiquette.
- Escalating relevant issues to team leads for swift resolution.
Mandatory Requirements :
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with a deep understanding of American culture.
- Typing skills with a minimum of 25 words per minute, 80% accuracy, and 3 minutes duration.
- Strong comprehension skills to clearly understand problem statements.
- Excellent composition skills, with the ability to create grammatically precise, concise, and appropriate sentences.
- Basic computer skills, including booting and shutting down the system.
- Familiarity with operating systems, particularly MS-Windows 10 and 11.
- Knowledge of popular web browsers such as MS Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge.
- Proficiency in performing end-user services on the email system.
- Adaptability to different customer types and their respective service eligibility criteria.
- Familiarity with product-specific support workflows.
- Understanding of the callback and escalation processes.
- Ability to effectively use the Knowledge Base and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
