Position: Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth/Investment

client: A Bank

Experience : 3 to 10 yrs

Education : Graduate / MBA

Location : Chennai

Ctc : 7 to 9 lacs

Purpose of the Role:

- Manage banking and investment relationship with existing set of clients mapped by the Bank in order to enhance value

- Acquire high value new to bank customers through personal reference, client Reference in mapped Portfolio and completion of Family Tree (Acquiring Family Accounts of existing Clients)

- To aggressively cross sell investment and insurance products using Offline/Digital platform of Equitas

- Build Overall AUM book for himself and for the Bank comprising of Liabilities and Investment Values

Key Resposibilities:

1. Relationship Management for mapped Relationships by Equitas in order to significantly enhance wallet share

2. Very high focus on Cross - Sell in order to become Primary Banker and Wealth Management Partner for Clients

3. Acquire HNI customers to Bank through personal/client references. Also, pro-actively look for Family Tree completion opportunity in the mapped portfolio with objective stated above

4. Ensure High Cross-Sell Index of the Mapped Portfolio - Understand Cross Sell Index measurement of the Bank and ensure sharp execution of Cross-sell strategy for all mapped and acquired clients including:

a. Digital Channel Activation.

b. Activation for Digital Wealth Management.

c. Selling maximum Investment and Insurance Products.

d. Selling Asset Products.

5. Achieve Individual Book and Fee Income targets as mandated in HR Goal Sheet in order to secure highest rating as per policy of the Bank.

6. Handle the service requirement of customers are taken care in a prompt and pro-active manner.

7. Provide regular feedback to Branch/Head Office team for improved relationship management at Equitas.

8. The position is on Quarterly Incentive Plan outcome of which is dependent on achievement of defined targets.

9. AMFI/IRDA registration is mandatory. Joining or Incentive Payment is subject to completion of regulatory requirements.
