Senior Relationship Manager
Job Description :
- Providing customer service to clients by answering questions and offering guidance on financial matters.
- Coordinating meetings between clients and other members of the team such as advisors or financial planners.
- Conducting research in order to identify potential investment opportunities that meet their clients' goals and risk tolerance levels.
- Reviewing clients' existing portfolios and recommending changes where appropriate.
- Recommending appropriate investments or other financial products that meet clients' needs.
- Helping clients prepare for major life events such as buying a home, getting married, or retiring.
- Meeting with clients in person or over the phone to discuss financial goals, needs, and concerns.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Communicating with clients regularly via email, phone, or in person to discuss their financial situation and progress toward goals.
Senior Relationship Manager Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-4 year of Any sales experience.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
