Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-7 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility would be to manage and expand the company's relationship with existing customers and acquire new customers. Below is a general job description for a Relationship Manager
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Must have min 2-year Life Insurance Sales Experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a team and individually.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals by identifying customer needs and promoting Life Insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing them with excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them effectively.
- Educate customers about Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.
- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.
- Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and policies
