Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
You will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met through the delivery of excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients' needs and provide them with the appropriate products and services.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial situation and provide expert advice on investment options.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that clients receive a seamless and excellent customer experience.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of the financial services industry and keep up-to-date with market trends and changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales of life insurance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial products
