Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Job description
We are looking for a Relationship Manager in Direct Channel - S2S Department for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- To attract new business and boost customer retention, cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with both current and prospective customers.
- Promote Life Insurance products and services through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- In order to offer specialized advice and solutions, one must comprehend the demands and financial objectives of the consumer.
- Responding quickly and efficiently to consumers' questions, problems, and complaints demonstrates good customer service.
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, underwriting, and claims, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Any Graduation / Post Graduation
- Minimum 1 to 5 Years experience of Sales in the Banking/Finance and Insurance domain
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Ability to teach and coach other team member
