Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Location : Gandhinagar, Navsari, Vadodara
Position : Senior Relationship Manager
- 2 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the banking, finance, and insurance industries
- 3.50 LPA to 8.00 LPA CTC plus variable pay and additional benefits
Duties and responsibilities in a job :
- Aggressively contacting potential customers and developing relationships in order to find and attract new current account holders for the bank.
- Maintaining current client connections by delivering top-notch customer support, responding to inquiries and issues, and assuring client happiness.
- Interacting with customers on a frequent basis to learn about their financial objectives and needs, and then recommending the best financial products and services to satisfy those needs.
- Cross-selling and upselling different financial services and products, like credit cards, loans, and insurance, to bring in money for the bank.
- Ensuring adherence to all internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and rivalry in order to enhance client products and services.
- Keeping detailed records of all communications and transactions with customers.
