Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (3-11 yrs)
- We are hiring Senior Relationship Manager who are having experience in sales and marketing. Also who can handle business with his or her mindset.
Position : Senior Relationship Manager
CTC : Up to 4.50 LPA
Roles :
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets in the districts. This will help in developing effective marketing strategies to reach the target audience.
- Build relationships with district sales representatives to understand the local market conditions and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Collaborate with other field sales representatives to leverage their experience and knowledge of the local market. This will help in developing a comprehensive sales strategy that takes into account the unique needs of each district.
- Set achievable sales goals for the team and provide them with the necessary resources and training to achieve those goals. This will help in motivating the team to work towards a common objective and achieve desired results.
- Develop incentive programs and rewards to inspire and motivate employees to reach their sales targets. This will create a competitive environment that encourages employees to perform at their best and achieve their sales goals.
- Coordinate lead generation efforts with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads. This will help in increasing the sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Recruit a team of sales professionals from your own social and professional network. This will help in building a strong and reliable team that shares your vision and values.
