Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Supplying clients with customer service by responding to inquiries and giving advice on financial matters
- Arranging meetings between advisers, financial planners, and other team members and clients
- Researching possible investment opportunities that fit the objectives and risk tolerance levels of their clients
- Examining the current portfolios of clients and suggesting adjustments as necessary
- Suggesting suitable investments or other financial goods that satisfy the needs of clients
- Assisting customers in getting ready for significant life events like retirement, marriage, and home purchases
