Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (1-6 yrs)
- As an Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within your designated geographic area.
Key Roles :
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Sales Representatives as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support professional development and growth within the team.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the area.
- Identify opportunities for growth and potential threats.
- Manage and allocate the budget effectively to support sales activities and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Set clear sales objectives and targets for the team.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve their individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand our customer base.
Required Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Minimum Graduation is Compulsory
Experience : Minimum 1 To 6 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
Age : 22 to 38 years
