Senior Relationship Manager - Life Insurance (1-7 yrs)

Key responsibilities include:
- You will assist the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing them with timely and accurate information about products and services
- You will support the Relationship Manager in meeting sales targets by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments.
- You will have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
- You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required by the company.
- You will provide excellent customer service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
- You will work closely with the Relationship Manager and other team members to achieve team targets and goals.
Requirements and skills:
- 1 year Life Insurance sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Min graduation required
