Senior Relationship Manager - Customer Service - BFS (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- The senior relationship manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. The role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for managing client accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies for managing client accounts.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the terms of the partnership.
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that clients are receiving the most current and relevant advice.
