Senior Relationship Manager - Bank (2-4 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Help maintain the important local bank relationships and forge new ones with local NBFIs.
- Create a high-performing coverage model that is independent of product and geography, enabling us to provide our clients with the best possible service.
- Assure a smooth delivery of all products and coverage lines to our FI clients by delivering both "bank to client" and "client to bank" services.
- Make use of the Commercial Banking Network, especially in relation to Local FIs that are not well-represented in our markets.
- Working together with the Credit & Risk Group, oversee the Credit and Risk of the FI portfolio to protect the ABC group and guarantee suitable returns on RWA utilization.
- Assemble Group Compliance/FC to make sure Bank ABC complies with best market practices.
