Job Title:

Senior Product/UX Content Writer

- We are on the lookout to hire an experienced Product/UX writer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences through effective and engaging content - including, but not limited to, technical content, itineraries, product descriptions, tour packages, emailers, marcom content, corporate information, etc., across all digital platforms.

- As a Product/UX Writer, you will collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, marketing managers, and other departments to craft clear, concise, and user-oriented content that will help in expanding our company's digital and offline footprint, enhances the overall usability of our products and services, creates awareness, and generates leads.

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Write effective, and engaging content for multiple digital platforms, including websites,mobile apps, emails, lead generation, and chatbots.

- Develop and maintain content and style guides to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, and requirements.

- Conduct content quality audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

- Modify content based on user/team feedback, testing results, and data-driven insights.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry practices, and latest technologies in UX writing, and content design.

The right candidate will enrich our website, and all the digital and offline touchpoints with exceptional, effective, and engaging content. They will be a team player who will conduct thorough research on industry practices and latest trends to generate news ideas. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and also be passionate about furthering their career into digital or product marketing.

Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience (preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry but not a limitation) as a Product/UX writer, or a similar role.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong understanding of user-centric design guidelines, and methodologies.

- Ability to communicate concepts effectively.

- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

- 2-3+ years of experience in Product/UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting.

- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and design tools (e.g., Figma)

- Knowledge of best SEO practices and design principles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Product/UX/UI Design, or a related field.
