Senior Product Manager - Marketing - Insurance (9-14 yrs)

Hiring for one of our key Client -Position will be that of a Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities :


- Develops and manages the Riskcovry Insurance in a Box platform by identifying potential use cases; conducting market research; generating market requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and product positioning; developing marketing strategies. 


Job Role : 


- Own and managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, concept to launch Enjoys good relationship with Product and underwriting team of Insurers (Life, Health & General insurers) 


- Ensure Insurance products/ propositions are launched and maintained in line with the Product Development Model and Product Risk Reviews so that the needs and expectations of the customers are met and in line with Riskcovry 


- Brings new products/features to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and delivery. 


- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data and negotiating with insurance partners to obtain competitive pricing. 


- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product enhancements by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new feature ideas and/or product or packaging changes. 


- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors- products. 


- Coordinate the functions, management and team members across the Insurance business to form a coherent single Product function focused on supporting the business in the delivery of its business objectives. 


- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. 


- Own, develop and lead all aspects of market research (including competitor activity), analysis and broader recommendations around outcomes and findings to support decisions on future strategy and plans 


- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. 


- As cross-functional lead, responsibilities will include driving ideas and features from concept to launch 


Requirements & Desired Skills : 


- Prior experience in supporting insurance distribution / Insurtech Solid experience in building insurance products (Health, General & Life) 


- Develop and manage high performing, effective product development and technical functions to deliver; Product thought leadership for digital and new platforms for the future delivery of products to customers and channels 


- Unique Product propositions Outstanding Product governance, management 


- An experienced Product Insurance professional who has demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams. 


- Able to generate ideas and solve problems independently and consistent with Riskcovry's core principles and position in the market segment. 


- Ownership of Business targets Experience: 9 + Years
