Senior Product Manager - (2-5 yrs)
- Take on end to end ownership of our product.
- Own the product and associated business metrics
- Decide the road-map and execution plan
- Be the voice of customer, obsess over customer winning outcomes and translate it into product requirements
- Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers and data analysts to drive product from conception-to-launch-to-growth.
Requirements :
- Should be willing to own the problem end to end i.e., which problem to solve, how to solve it, and what is the impact of the solution.
- Should know the basics of business (to define problem and impact), basics of software (to define an engineering solution) and basics of design (to define a user journey).
- Should be self-driven, proactive and possess good communication skills to articulate the problem and the solution to all stakeholders
- Has 2-5 years of experience, with an engineering undergrad and an MBA post-grad from a top tier institute.
MUST HAVES :
- Relevant Experience: 2-5 years
- Someone with an Engineering degree and MBA post-grad from a tier1 or 2 college.
- Product Management experience, including experience building and rolling out new products.
- 30 to 45 days notice period
