Senior Presales Consultant - IT (7-15 yrs)

Skill Set

- Experience in Pre-Sales and selling IT services in the Domestic and International Market.

- Experience with overseas clients is a MUST

- Should be energetic and inquisitive about the industry happenings

- Should have handled large proposals in and around GIS, ERP, CRM, Analytics and Mobile

- Experience in visualizing futuristic solutions from the perspectives of client and prospects

- Should be willing to take targets by domain/ Geo/ track

- Should be good with PPT, Excel, word and wireframe tools

- Very good oral and written communication

- Ready for travel

Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of bid process comprising of RFP / RFI / RFQ responses and / or proactive proposals

- Lead end to end bid management cycle which includes understanding customer requirements, getting clarifications, propose solution for RFP/RFIs, define pricing and estimation, risk identification & mitigation

- Should initiate and work closely with development teams on POC/ Solution / problem solving initiatives

- Understand customer competition, partner and solution landscape and provide strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow & approach

- Assist in organizing demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops, webinars.

- Work closely with Practice SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal along with other supporting documents.

- Engage with the customers to interpret their needs and derive advice for prospective products and solutions that are aligned with the customers' demands.

- Mentor team in creating industry specific domain literature not limited to product catalog, flyers collaterals etc., coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

- Participates in client presentations and discussions to present technical solution and proposals.

- Internally drive initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of the presales process.
