- Job role involves creating association with business groups to enable business loans for specific industries/group of businesses.

- Compliance to policy and processes of the principle organization.

- Should be able to cut across different industries and target business through innovative methods of generating potential leads.

- Monthly plan to be shared at the beginning of the month for the given targets.

The Job : 

Your Responsibilities will include :

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate : 

Skills Required :

- You have at least 2 years' experience within a Business Development/Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Financial Services Industry.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers and Distributors.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.

- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
