Senior Officer - Channel Sales - Lighting Products (3-7 yrs)

We have multiple immediate positions with a Global leader and large Multinational with 4000Cr. Turnover and around 7000+ employees.

JOB PROFILE

- To educate the distributors and his retail counters about the benefits of Lighting CLS OTC model

- To establish retail network (using FMCG model) by appointing distributors and retail counters for the given territory within a fixed time frame

- Setting up COMPANY OTC Lighting Products display at the appointed distributors and retail counters through support of Visual Merchandising team

- To make at least 15 calls per day with distributors and allied sales counters

- To monitor and guide the working of the pilot salespeople deployed for various retail counters

- Monitoring the upkeep and maintenance of COMPANY OTC lighting Products display at the distributors and retail counters at regular intervals for presenting the best setup to customer and maintain brand hygiene

- To personally display to the distributor and their staff on how to pitch COMPANY OTC Lighting products and also to maintain price discipline by selling through ready solutions, service availability and other COMPANY Lighting benefits

- Designing journey cycle / beat plan of the distributors for creating new retail outlets

- Driving secondary sales of the distributors

- Identify the distributors who aren't performing up to the mark and helping them rise up, ensuring ROI for the distributor

- To design the product life cycle and the stock plan details of the distributors

- Proper implementation of secondary schemes in the retail market

- To maintain maximum of 15 days DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) by collecting all the dues of the distributors on or before the agreed credit days

- To ensure submission of distributors', secondary sales report in time to expedite claims

- To resolve the day to day queries of distributors in a timely manner for their outlet's smooth functioning

- To be the first and responsible point of contact for any and every concern of the distributor viz. stock, price, low performance, customer care, etc.

- To maintain market database for competitors analysis and their USP's

- Writing DCR daily and in detail with mention of defined "outcome"

- Achieving set targets in the given timeline
