Senior Merchandiser - eCommerce (10-14 yrs)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, product management, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the online retail space. The Senior Merchandiser will play a crucial role in driving sales, optimizing product assortments, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a jewelry product development process, and ensure that designs align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Responsible for coordinating with team incase of new product launches
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with jewelry designers, offering guidance and feedback to bring your merchandising concepts to life in the most appealing way
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
- Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. 10+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or product management, with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and technologies.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
