Senior Managing Partner - Sales - Insurance (4-8 yrs)

Job Location: PAN India

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines
- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders' recruitment for the location
- Work closely with Agent/Agency Leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching, and helping them in joint calls
- Enable the Agency Leaders to build & drive a strong advisor force
- To achieve month-over-month Branch Targets of advisor coding, activation, and APE through ALs & newly recruited ALs.
- To plan/review/monitor the performance of the team -ALs and advisors
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
- Need to hire & handle a team of Agency leaders, Agents.
- Need to cross-sell various life insurance products to the customers of through Agency leaders and advisors.
What You Must Have :
- Any Graduate with prior at least 4 year sales experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be ready to travel.
