Key Responsibilities:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of agents to achieve individual and team targets effectively.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration, keeping in mind the competitive landscape and industry trends.

- Foster long-term customer relationships by understanding their financial needs, providing suitable solutions, and offering personalized service.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for agents to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and overall professional growth.

- Regularly track and evaluate the performance of the team and take proactive measures to address challenges and improve productivity.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

- Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to make informed business decisions and stay ahead in the market.

- Provide timely and accurate reports to the management on sales performance, team achievements, and market insights.

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline

- Networking abilities to expand the agency partner network and generate business opportunities

- Strong team-building skills to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team

- Fluent communication and a basic understanding of English
