Job Description:
- Sales, hence Target oriented.
- Need to convert leads into sale.
- Give them a vision of their Dream Home.
- Candidate with relevant experience in the Real Estate sector.
- The candidate will be responsible for various activities like calling, Marketing, Business Development and Networking to companies/ Investors and make effective presentations to them.
- This profile will include traveling - site visits with clients
- Ability to develop and retain long term Business Relationships.
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
- Preferably from Real Estate firms / Hospitality background.
- Will initially be responsible for North Goa as a territory.
