Senior Manager - Telesales - Credit Card (6-11 yrs)
Will lead a team of Area Sales Managers/Managers across locations at Pan India level and would be responsible for achieving the assigned credit card sales target within the budgeted cost of acquisition.
The job requires sales planning, budgeting & execution skills and would expose the person to various facets of team management.
- Will be responsible for driving Sales Volumes through a team of Area Sales Managers aligned to their respective automated call centers
- Should be resourceful in finding various channels/modes of accessing better database for better productivity
- Diligently analyze the data disposition and devise ways to enhance the lead productivity of the tele callers
- Budget Manpower requirement to ensure that the cost of acquisition is under control.
- Coach and mentor the team with a view to enhance their effectiveness
- Execute strategies to drive higher productivity and lower costs across his region
- Keeping a check on all policy changes, marketing offers. Keeping communication flow of changes to team.
