- Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.

- Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

- Providing best possible solution to customer.

- Good Communication is Must.

- Site and Property Visits

- Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures

- Looking for Candidate who has are willing to work into Sales & Marketing.

- Only Male candidate.

- Two Wheeler is must.

- Would be responsible for Real Estate Sales in Gurgaon.

- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Relevant Experience in Real estate sector

- Manage client query on the phone and convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.

- Organizing sales visits, presenting products to achieve their monthly targets

- Provide the best possible solution to customers.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan

- Highly self- motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

- Negotiate terms and close the deal.

- Key responsibility would be to generate business for the organization.

- Hardworking and efficient
