What Can You Expect:

- Sourcing - direct sales initiatives and adeptly manage strategic channel partnerships to ensure a consistent pipeline of premium offerings.

- Closing - Oversee the meticulous closure of high-value luxury projects, particularly those valued at 3.5 Crores and above, with a specialized focus on catering to the unique needs of the clients.

- Client Servicing - Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients and address issues promptly & Manage relationships with both clients and channel partners.

- Others - Possess in-depth market knowledge, ensure adherence to established systems and procedures, follow up on processes and maintain thorough system records.

- Revenue Generation - Craft and implement strategies to generate revenue, elevating the brand through strategic sales and partnerships.

- Launching - Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of new, exclusive projects, setting the standard for luxury living.

What we are looking for:

- Proven prior experience in luxury real estate sales, with a track record of successful high-value transactions


. - Proficient in handling ticket budgets of around 3Cr and beyond (If from real estate background), demonstrating financial acumen.

- Preferred industry background in hospitality, Aviation, or any other luxury sales, indicating a nuanced understanding of premium offerings.


- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective engagement with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach.


- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively. Initiative and go-getter mindset, demonstrating a positive approach towards challenges.
