Senior Manager - Sales - Real Estate (6-9 yrs)
Industry: Construction & Real Estate
Project: Luxury Villas in North Bangalore
Reporting to VP - Sales
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Work closely with the Marketing team and devise plan and strategies for awareness of the projects to potential buyers
- Generate Leads
- Prepare effective action plan for effective lead management and sales execution
- Property Visits
- Quote to Closure of Deal
- Ensure Sales Targets are achieved
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
- Build a strong relationship with Clients
- Set individual targets for team members
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
- Plan and direct sales team training
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
Requirements :
- Must have relevant experience in Bangalore
- Must be available in Bangalore for F2F interview
- Must have Sales Experience of Villa Projects
