Senior Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-10 yrs)
Seeking profiles of dynamic, self-driven, results-oriented professionals from Direct sales background with passion for sales and positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profit.
Purpose of the role is to support the planning and implementation of sales strategies in order to meet Company targets in the premium residential (Real-estate/financial sales) projects.
Candidate should be a natural player who critically assesses own performance., is mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with customers and clients.
Profiles are welcome from financial or any non-real estate background as well, who have experience of Direct Sales.
Roles & Responsibility:
1.Possesses good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate/financial transaction.
2. Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
3. Following up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
4. New lead generation for creating pipeline of prospective customers.
5. Keeping oneself updated on latest market trends and enhances product knowledge for better deliverable
