Job Description :
- Business development (Domestic& International).
- Generating inquiries about the requirements of products and arrange to dispatch the pre-shipment sample/standard sample of testing/Approval.
- Generating Business from existing and new customer as well
- Payment follow-up with the customer
- Pre-shipment & post-shipment documentation.
- Updating the customer about new upcoming products & taking orders.
- Exhibition (Assisting in preparation for exhibition shipment i.e Display Stand, literature & gift Article).Taking appointment from customer for meeting at booth.
- Dealing with freight forwarder/CHA. Coordinating with shipping agents for custom clearance, Dispatch and timely availability of proper documents.
- Understanding buyer needs in terms of Product quality, packing, shipment schedule.
- To spearhead the sales function all across India with trades, formulators, contract manufacturers and pharma companies.
- Drive sales to grow the business at fast pace. Responsible for Identifying Industrial Customers for oleoresins, Herbal Extracts, phytochemicals and Spirulina
- Payment and form collection.
- Promoting new products and other shipment work.
- Taking approval from Food and Drug Administration, USA.
