Job Description

Job Purpose:

The sales Person will be responsible for generating revenue by selling the company's products and services to Automobiles Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Information Technology Management Systems (ITMS) companies, and other Business-to-Business (B2B) clients, including government projects. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry, product, and services the company provides, as well as a keen ability to analyze sales trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for the OEM, ITMS, and B2B segments.

- Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and develop business relationships with key decision-makers to promote the company's products and services.

- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to customers, including government projects, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide market feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments to ensure that the company stays competitive and up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.

- Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust sales strategies as needed to improve sales performance.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay abreast of new products, services, and technologies.

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Availability to travel as needed.
