Urgent hiring for Senior Sale Manager for NBFC for Bangalore Location


Designation: Senior Sales Manager

Reporting to: Branch Head

Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/PG/PGDM/MBA

Experience: 3-5 Years Loan against POS receivables

Job Role :

- Good Command over the Product and markets of operation with strong Channel Partner relationships in the market.

- The candidate shall be responsible for the sourcing of Business and meeting monthly targets assigned to him.

- The candidate should also exhibit strong process orientation. He/ she should be able to value add to the end customer experience by ensuring quick processing turnaround time of individual cases for those parts of the overall process that are within sales control (file completeness at the time of login, speed of acquiring post sanction documentation)

- The candidate should be able to work seamlessly with key stake holders both within the sales team and at the credit processing unit and ensure both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met.

- Good communication skills, the willingness for hard and intelligent work, and the ability to convince and win over key stake holders and the end customers are attributes which will help the candidate be successful in the role

Key Skill :

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Discipline, positive attitude, delegation of work in a right manner

- Knowledge of the product, process and compliance would be an added advantage
