Job Description:
- Min 10 years experience - at least 3 years in similar leadership role. Must be with Mechanical background
- Must lead team of 2 sales executives & 2 sales coordinators + multiple sales agents
- Exposure to Packaging, Assembly Automate, Automobile Assembly, Etc.
- To sell two products: Cam Indexers & Precision Link Conveyor
- Good market knowledge with great contacts
- Ability to penetrate new markets and customers
- Develop sales agents in Gujarat, Pune, Faridabad, Chennai, etc...
- Self-confident, self-starter, very good technical and sales communication - verbal and written.
- Ability to promote a super-premium product - high quality
Manage day to day activities :
- Business development
- Technical Sales
- Customer conversion
- Sales coordination
- Model selection
- Quotations
- Technical discussions
- Problem solving - Solution Providing
- Timely dispatch coordination (Internal)
- Meet sales targets
- Sales Activities: sales tracker, sales executive performance, etc.
