Company is a leading Flexible packaging company in Hyderabad since 1995

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Marketing Business Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:


- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and new sales.

- Responsible for targeted New customer acquisition business on daily basis

- Your duties are entirely managerial in nature and company will expect you to work with a high standard of initiative, efficiency and economy and encourage and motivate people under you to achieve optimum output. You will perform, observe and confirm to such duties, direction and instruction assigned or communicate to you by the company and those in authority above you

- Develop goals and objective for business development team

- Lead the business development team to meet goals and track progress.

- Identity prospects needs and their business .Explain our products value proposition.

- Maintain all the required database to ensure regular contacts with leads/prospects.

- Attend industry events to network with prospective clients and build long lasting client relationship.

- Create and execute strategic development/making plan, including budgetary request and justification.

- Track and report progress in implementation of strategic plan for senior staff to evaluate change need and /or success.

- Research and recommend new sources for growth opportunities.

- Present product and give demonstration to Team and client.

- Develop a parallel set of communication with Team and client to standardize the clear communication and understanding.

- Ensure in generating new lead from team with proper implementation of strategic approach.

- Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building them.

- Responsible for organizing, developing, and delivering the company sales and marketing strategy for locations the company has its expansion

- Getting New Sales by targeting new clients and building good sales funnel

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's client network and ensure its strong presence.

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

- Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate the same to superiors.

- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.

Requisite Skills:

- Successful previous experience in managerial level, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Team handling experience is highly prioritize

- Well developed communication skill with reputation of unwavering accuracy, credibility and integrity exceptional presentation skills with the ability to perform above expectation

- Have a strong network

- Competent, diligent and result oriented professional having cross functional experience of 8+ year - in driving B2B sales experience( Preferred)

- Very Strong in Client Acquisition.

- Excellent negotiation skills.

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

- Strong decision-making abilities.

- Able to travel as per the requirement and targets

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Ability to develop new market with proper dynamic skill-set with comprehensive multimedia marketing plans.

- Superior interpersonal, relationship building with strong customer orientation.

- Strong sense of process orientation and problem-solving at both strategic and functional level.

- Good communication skills both verbal & written.

- Familiarity with CRM software working.

- Sound knowledge of MS-WORD,MS-EXCEL & MS-POWERPOINT, MS - OUTLOOK.

- Committed to continuous education through workshops & industrial research.
