Senior Manager - Sales - Logistics (8-12 yrs)

Position : Senior Manager

Location : Bhiwandi

CTC : 10-12LPA

Experience : 10 Years

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate should possess 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in the industrial parks, logistics parks, and warehousing sectors. Previous experience in third-party logistics sales would be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets in the designated region.

2. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

3. Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.

4. Sales Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

5. Team Management : Supervise and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.

6. Market Analysis : Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

7. Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

1. Proven Sales Experience : Demonstrated track record of success in sales roles, preferably in selling industrial parks, logistics parks, and warehousing solutions.

2. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the industrial and logistics sectors, including knowledge of market trends, key players, and regulatory requirements.

3. Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.

4. Leadership Abilities : Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets.

5. Communication Skills : Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively.

6. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

7. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
