Senior Manager - Sales - Interior Designing Firm (4-12 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Clear first principle thinking Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in a structure where missing
- Candidate must have retail sales experience in Home decor or Luxury
- Previous Experience in Retailers like Livspace, Pepperfry, HomeTown would be preferred
- Fluent Kannada skills and excellent English skills
Experience :
- 4-12 Year(s) of experience as Sales / Business Development in Architecture / Interior Design
Qualification :
- Graduation degree mandatory
- Candidate with 12th pass or Diploma candidates can be considered if they have good experience in Architecture or Interior Design
Location : RT Nagar, Bengaluru
Responsibilities :
- Relentlessly drive to reach out to leads to bring leads to the showroom
- Be in charge of making sure that designers are successful, and every client gets the best experience.
- Drive retail sales at the store level
- Own customer experience and drive up customer experience right from the first customer touchpoint P&L ownership.
- Be fully responsible for achieving the sales targets
- Understand each client's requirements and keeping tab on their experience throughout.
- As a key member of the founding team of this business model, bring insights from the client and designer meetings and suggest process improvements across the board including marketing, product, category and operations.
- Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverables are effectively communicated and met
