ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.

- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.

- Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team-leadership.

- Displaying consistently high energy, integrity and commitment to the job.

- Having a problem-solving approach.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

- Commercial insurance experience, e.g. in group health, property and liability, etc is MUST.

- B2B sales experience is a MUST

- The candidate may have worked with a insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.

- Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way.

- A strong problem-solving approach

- Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives

- Drive to build a large business and progress withing the company.

- Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.

PAYOUT range in between 9lpa to 14lpa
