Senior Manager - Sales - Insurance (6-12 yrs)
- Execute plans for growth of the agency
- Identify, interview and select new ADMs from natural market and by networking
- Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for ADMs
- Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for ADMs
- Ensure retention of ADMs by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis
- Build a leadership pipeline of future ADMs & APs from the unit.
