Senior Manager - Sales - Healthcare/FMCG (10-18 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy :
- Work with Doctors, Hospitals and Chains to create awareness and need for recommending Diabetes Specialist Food Products and make DiabeSmart the brand of choice within the Practitioner community.
- Building the right marketing material with the Brand team for driving sales in the segment.
- Identify the right business partners in the following segments :
- Hospitals
- Diabetes focused Individual Clinics and Doctors
- Diabetes focused Chains
- Reach out to the Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition departments and pitch the products in the appropriate manner to help the relevant.
- Target recommendation of DiabeSmart products by Doctors and Nutritionists to patients for their regular daily food consumption.
- Owning and hitting/ exceeding sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Build a sales team over time, as and when the business grows.
- Work with the brand team to conduct regular online and offline events to build visibility and relationships with the Doctor community.
- Create champions within the practitioner community for our products.
- Responsible for collections and maintaining minimal credit outstanding
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates with :
-10+ years of Sales experience in the Healthcare space.
- 3+ years of most recent experience with products that cater to the Diabetes space
- Experience in OTC, FMCG and/or Food Products is a plus.
- Consistent track record of business development success and leadership
- Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Built a business line from scratch.
- Experience in Health Foods products.
- Experience in a Startup
- Based in Bangalore city.
