Senior Manager - Sales - Forex Card - Bank (2-9 yrs)
- Vested with key responsibility of managing the foreign exchange sales & operations of a region.
- Driving forex sales & operation in the area and focusing on business development & maximization of revenue.
- To carry out continuous branch visits and motivate branch staffs to augment forex transactions / business opportunity.
- Developing & managing branches by imparting training and providing guidance on forex products & services.
- Assist sales team to sell forex products to every potential client (retail / corporate)
- To ensure that all forex operations are done in accordance with FEMA and organizational processes /guidelines.
- Responsible for development of forex products including Currency, Travelers Cheque, Card, DD and SWIFT transfers.
- Entrusted with building client relationship, contribute as the first point of contact and integral part in servicing clients.
- Regular touch base with clients for identifying opportunities and timely advice.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
