Senior Manager - Sales - FMCG (3-4 yrs)
- Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
Required Candidate Profile :
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Management and leadership skills
Salary : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
