Senior Manager - Sales - Event Management (10-15 yrs)

- Responsible for developing Annual sales budget, strategies and monthly and annual forecasting as per objectives.

- Responsible for identification of revenue verticals, geographies and exploring new market opportunities for expansion.

- Owning and exceeding annual sales targets as per company objectives within assigned territory/verticals and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Coach and develop team members to see them succeeding on their deliverables and ready to take higher responsibilities.

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Achieving sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.

- Ensuring daily food services/Banqueting sales , contracts are signed after proper due diligence and adhering to approval matrix/ set processes/P&L guidelines

- Ensuring effective sales database and pipeline across verticals are built and regularly reviewed.

- Ensuring all clients escalations are mapped and communicated as per 2/24 practices (response within 2 hours and resolutions in 24 hours)

- Ensuring the existing clients are retained and developing business new sectors /new territories in assigned geography.
