Senior Manager - Sales - Electrical Product (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Generating sales with Channels Partners; Distributors & Retail Channel
- Scouting New Channel partners
- Managing primary sales and participation in secondary sales process (Retailing)
- Activation in large condominium- s/ Clubs/ malls
- Debtors management
- Target the leads to show demo, probe and generate leads
- Transferring leads to channel and support in closure and implementing channel and marketing initiatives
- Preparing sales reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plan, etc.
Relevant Industry Electrical, Lighting, Cables, Switches, Switchgear
Desired Profile: - Knowledge of Journey Cycle for distributor Salesman
- Drive for results
- Strong desire for sales sucess
- High Level of Integrity
- Good communication (oral and written) skills
- Keen Observer
- Proactive & self-starter
- Should own a good smartphone and must have a two wheeler
