About the Role : 

- Operating Geo -APAC

Base location : Gurgaon

Role : Sales and Business Development in the IT solution/ Services Space.

Department : Sales

Travel requirement : Yes

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

- Should have sales experience for IT services companies.

- Should have a good network with start-ups and enterprises.

- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and mapping defined markets and maintaining Sales CRM.

- Actively seek and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.

- Draft and implement business development tactics tailored to the defined market.

- Help in Lead generation through the outbound process and Inbound.

- Coordinating with other departments to get valuable inputs in order to achieve maximum quality.

- Establishing smooth relations with corporate clients and business associates.

- Identifying and developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships.

Essential Experience and Exposure :

- Exception track record in achieving sales quota within the Information Technology Solutions and services sector.

- In-depth understanding of sales process

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

The ideal candidate would have :

- Excellent communication skills (to represent Kellton Tech at the CXO level)

- Been there & Done that persona


- Sales Digital Transformation of IT Services (ISMAC)

- Minimum Deal Size : 50 Lakhs (Ideally 1 Crore)

- Annual Target of 5 Crores (Minimum : 3 Crores)
